Millions of animals die in shelters across the country every year because there are too many of them. We want to reduce that number to zero.
Each lucky mutt is a learning opportunity, not a number.
- We make a commitment to all of the lucky mutts in our program until they find a great home.
- Dogs are not euthanized because they are “hard to adopt”.
- Dogs are never returned to the shelter.
How we do this:
- We work with local trainers and behaviorists with to help make each one of our lucky mutts a well behaved, happy and healthy friend for life.
- We make a commitment to find a good home for each dog that finds it’s way to us.
- We take the time to work with each animal to learn their quirks, personality and training needs.
- We do not do same day adoptions and each animal gets to stay in a foster home until we feel they are ready for adoption.
