Pip – 7 year old, 9lb Chihuahua – quadriplegic. Though he can move all limbs when thinking he is going to be put in water for a swim, he is not able to walk….. He is a real sweetie who loves to be held. Pip needs his bladder expressed and he is on frozen raw food to reduce elimination. He is just the sweetest boy who doesn't mind that he cannot walk.
